A Colorado Springs man was in jail Wednesday after allegedly stabbing his younger brother in the throat and assaulting his 69-year-old mother, according to El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies. Tracy Ray McCourt, 48, faces charges of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault and wrongs against an at-risk adult. He was being held late Wednesday in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on $50,000 bond.

Wanted: Colorado Springs Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in finding the following people for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued. Tracy Ray McCourt, 52, is described as a white man, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. McCourt is being sought for assault with a deadly weapon and failure to comply on the original charge of distribution of a Schedule II controlled substance.

I guess he still wanted to prove to himself he was a real criminal after being relegated to nothing more than a taxi service for the Nash hit. Some people just never learn.

What a loose cannon.. I wonder what the fight with his brother and mother was over? Btw, does anyone know what McCourt died of?

No Bobby, I don’t. Tracy was about 57 when he died. His mother died a few years after the above incident, old age I guess.
