Nash Featured In “A Gallery of Forgotten Perps”
Los Angeles Magazine is one of those free entertainment magazines that most major cities have in some capacity. You can find them at convenience stores and just about anywhere else. They cover the local concert scene, restaurants and “things to do”. They also have some pretty good local political scandals and crime articles in them from time to time. Each writer usually has his or her own daily blog, which are quite entertaining. My favorite local beat-writer in H-Town is Richard Connelly.
In the June, 2013 issue, L.A. Mag featured a rogues’ gallery of forgotten local perps, including Ed Nash, the Dating Game Killer and Jesse James Hollywood, among others.

I don’t know who would turn me off more, Nash or Eric Begosian…….Definitely neck and neck.

That was a heck of a deal back in the Starwood Day’s. Free Quaaludes and cutting edge rock & roll all for the price of one ticket!

Uhh, nope! lol But Eric Begosian did a great job portraying Nash.

Yes, Begosian did a fine job, even Eddie would be proud and probably is.

After buying the DVD at Target….and watching the movie… Eddie was like “Well, at least they got one part of the story correct! Thorson, where is my omelet!”

Seriously though it’d be AMAZING if somebody manages to get an interview with Nash before he dies. Highly unlikely that it’d be a “tell all” interview but even so it’d be way cool to hear his take on everything. Any journalist who undertakes this venture will have a very hard time getting him to talk candidly about the murders so instead they’d need to ease him into it by first asking softball questions like “what special ingredient made your hotdogs so tasty?” or “what songs were on your favourite mix tape?”… y’know, that sorta thing. If anyone on this forum had the opportunity to ask him one question what would it be?

Jill tried to get an interview with him for her book. He slept on it and then the next Monday, he took a pass. That’s a shame.

A tell all interview with Eddie Nash would be incredible! he was the Tony Montana of his day. I just can’t imagine him on one of those Barbara Walters tv specials though.

Maybe he will write a book, and end up in the Oprah Book Club.
