1980s Records & Tapes Store
The 1980s. A classic time in America. These are some shots of the local records and tapes store at the mall near my house. I worked there once ($3.50/hour) but this is a few years before that. I knew all of these characters (except for Ozzy!)
Look busy.
Fat Ozzy.
The break room!
Christmas and the Oilers.
Disco, R&B and Hip Hop were just called “Soul” back then.
It’s the guitar player for Great White or some other metal band. I don’t remember.
Ozzy!
Check out that movie marquis
Don’t forget about these gems!
Lenny and the Squig-Tones.
Foghat AND Atari. The best of both worlds.
Red Rocks with Denver in the background. What a great trip.
I had that poster too.
Black Sabbath, late 70s.
Black Sabbath, Born Again Tour with Ian Gillan on vocals.
The Stones
Astrodome Dining Room, 1965.
Lynyrd Skynyrd 1974
The Astrodome Lounge, 1965
